Swimming Eagles Take Tough Loss to Notre Dame

A tough loss to a very experienced Notre Dame Flying Fish team, 270-165. Despite the loss, we continue to have some very exciting and dominate individual performances.

Kaylin Anest – 8U Girls Breaststroke (undefeated through all 4 meets)
Kyle Carroll – 12U Boys Freestyle
Meghan Gunning – Girls 12U backstroke
Kyle Carroll – 12U Boys Backstroke (undefeated through all 4 meets)
Kiley Ferreri – 17U Girls Backstroke
Jake Barrett – 12U Boys Breaststroke
Jessica Giuliani – 12U Girls Butterfly
Maggie McNamara, Kaylin Anest, Olivia McNicholas & Megan Soulias - 8U Girls Medley Relay
Eamonn McNicholas, Steven Girasi, JD Sterbens & Andrew Catinella – 10U Boys Medley relay
Kiley Ferreri, Brenna Morrisey, Yasmeen Gharnit & Caitlyn Quinn – 17U Girls Medley Relay
Anjolina Testa, Megan Soulias, Olivia McNicholas & Kaylin Anest – 8U Girls Freestyle Relay
Andrew Catinella, Tyler Robertaccio, Eamonn McNicholas & JD Sterbens – 10U Freestyle Relay
John Morrisey, Jake Barrett, Andrew Purcell & Kyle Carroll – 12U Boys Freestyle Relay (undefeated through all 4 meets).

Additionally, Olivia McNicholas, Kaylin Anest, JD Sterbens & Kyle Carroll each took home 3 1st Place ribbons, winning each event in which they were entered.

We are now halfway through our season, with meets on Feb 7th, March 6th, March 14th and March 20th.

The coaches are all extremely proud of how we continue to improve with each passing week, and we look forward to the second half of the season.
